For all other insurers, Echo Sports is an out-of-network provider because it allows us to offer the highest quality, personalized care without the limitations imposed by many insurance companies. We believe this flexibility lets us spend more time with each patient and customize treatment plans to better meet your needs. For other insurance carriers, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
A good percentage of our patients do get reimbursed by their insurance companies for visits with us. We offer flat rate and package pricing that offers discounts for long term situations. We are only in network with BCBS and Healthchoice.
We accept HSA and FSA.
