EDMOND - OKC
Quite simply, we are different. We specialize in working with athletes and active adults. Our patients work 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We are independently owned and operated, making our patients the primary focus. We practice modern, evidence based PT to return you to peak performance.
We combine all aspects of injury reduction, performance and wellness. Our individualized strength, speed and agility programs are directed by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and tailored to your training goals. We offer private and small group youth and adult sports performance training options.
Interested in supplementing your recovery in between training, games, or life demands? We offer several recovery options commonly available in professional sport athletic training rooms, including: manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, electrotherapy, Normatec, and more. Come see how pro athletes recover!
With years experience working in Major League Baseball, ECHO is a leader in Oklahoma with returning athletes to sport. "My son is a two sport college athlete and suffered a throwing injury in July of 2020. Four orthopedic surgeon visits and three physical therapists later we found Steve at Echo Sports Physical Therapy and six weeks later son's shoulder is 100% and he's back on the field. Hard to find anyone better or more qualified to deal with a throwing injury than a former Major League Baseball Physical Therapist. Steve is also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He takes an interest in his patients and their performance on the field as well. I truly believe there's no one better." - Ed
"Steve has been the guy we have spent 5 plus years searching for. He has taken my son who has had years of arm and shoulder pain and made it pain free and fluid." - Frankie
"My son is a pitcher at The University of Central Oklahoma. He had a partial rotator cuff tear and labrum issue. Steve worked with him on his rehab, strengthening, and throwing program to get him back on the mound after 5 months of no throwing. It is difficult to find a PT that is also a specialist in throwing athlete treatments and Steve is the best! Steve is also great at helping with the mental side of recovery from the injury. I can't thank Steve enough and highly recommend sending your athlete to Steve and Echo Sports. Steve even showed up to see his first outing since the injury. Steve really does take pride in his work and cares about his patients." - Andrew
