Front office coordinator

Description: Full-Time or ability to grow to FT preferred

Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking an individual with exceptional organization and multi-tasking abilities who is passionate about helping others. If you love people, love sports, and want to be part of a fun, fast-moving team—this role is for you.

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organization and reliability
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy, athletic environment
• Comfort with technology (EMR systems, Google Suite, texting platforms)
• A problem-solver who takes initiative
• Someone who thrives in a team environment and cares about patient experience
• Experience in a medical front desk or customer-service setting is a plus, but not required
• Interest in sports, fitness, or healthcare is a bonus
• High School Diploma/GED
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

•  Welcome patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and daily visit flow
• Handle daily communication with patients, parents, and referring providers
• Assist with forms, paperwork, digital intake, and EMR management
• Completing regular administrative duties such as preparing patient records, insurance verification, authorization, data entry, collection of payments, collect and expedite third party claims
• Maintain organization of the front desk, lobby, and daily operations
• Support clinicians and office manager with administrative tasks
• Assist in inventory, facility maintenance, and at times assist in cleaning facility.
• Help with special projects (events, combines, marketing tasks, inventory, etc.)
