Physical Therapist

Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated, team-oriented Physical Therapist with a passion for sports medicine and a commitment to advancing the standard of care. The ideal candidate understands the unique demands athletes face and takes an evidence-based approach to rehab that integrates performance training and return-to-sport principles. 

Ideal Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Oklahoma
• Bonus if you have: ATC, CSCS or post-professional advanced training
• Experience building rehab and return to play programs to help athletes dominate post-rehab
• Ability to think independently, work creatively, and build relationships with patients, physicians, coaches, and parents. 
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

•  Treat 90% athletes in a low volume, sports performance setting
• Contribute to a collaborative culture through in-house CE, case reviews, and student mentorship
• Work closely with our sports medicine partners to deliver comprehensive, athlete-centered care
• Organize and participate in ongoing community events focused on continuing education, outreach, and marketing
• Design and implement individualized plans of care that include remote training, weight room, and on-field programming
• Play a key role in education, mentorship, and program development
• Full time position. The schedule may fluctuate with the school year. Our clinic operates between 7 AM and 6 PM, with occasional Saturday hours.
