I speak with parents all the time and hear their concerns about their young athletes. One common theme, is that they want their athletes to thrive on the field, have long careers, and be healthy into adulthood.

Unfortunately, I see FAR too many young athletes (some as young as 7 or 8) struggling with arm pain or recovering from surgery when it's too late.  What many young athletes and parents don’t often realize, is that there are strategies that can be implemented to protect athletes & keep them on the field.

As a former Division 1 baseball player that underwent Tommy John surgery, I had no idea the amount of information that exists that many athletes/parents don’t know about (or forget the importance of). Obviously, no injury is completely preventable, but there are many factors that can help decrease your risk.

Parents often ask, “what can I do to help my athlete stay healthy?”, and this motivated us to summarize our top 9 evidence based strategies. If you'd like a copy of this resource, simply click below!
