• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a hybrid cash/insurance model

Front Office Coordinator

Echo Sports Physical Therapy is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team!

Location: 90% remote, 10% in-person in Edmond, OK

Part-Time or Full-Time Position

Job Description:We are seeking an individual with exceptional organization and mult-tasking abilities who is passionate about helping others. The majority of this position can be completed remotely.

Duties

• Ability to communicate with genuine warmth, compassion, and demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
• Communicate with referring physicians, patients and others by telephone
  to provide information, answer questions, schedule appointments, etc.

• Register patients, create accounts, and maintain accurate records within our Electronic Medical Records System
• Completing regular administrative duties such as preparing patient records,  insurance verification, authorization, data entry, collection of  payments, collect and expedite third party claims
• In-person duties:
• Maintain business office inventory, clean and  organize facility,  assist  in equipment upkeep and coordinating facility maintenance,  participate  in weekly staff meetings.
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service
  
  

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
MS Office, Computer savvy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive energy and an excellent multi-tasker
Experience with medical billing preferred
1+ years experience in a medical office setting required
